Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major (preferably in Engineering or Marketing).
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the Hot Dip Galvanizing process and its application in infrastructure bolts.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and possess leadership qualities.
• Able to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
• Willing to travel for business trips when required.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market needs and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the marketing network.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability in line with market demand.
• Prepare market progress reports, sales targets, and marketing strategies.
