Job Description:
Market Research:
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather and report data on customer feedback and preferences.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative content and materials for campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Develop marketing ideation deck for each outlet
- Develop ideation content for social media, the establishment's website, etc
- Write captivating and relevant captions and marketing deck content
Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify potential partners, sponsors, or collaborators for events.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships to enhance event experiences and reach
Build and nurture an engaged community around the establishment's brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and marketing ideas
- Have knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
