Marketing Strategist is designed for marketing professionals who is passionate in driving business growth while focusing on data and creativity, balancing multiple channels, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be leading a different team members of marketing, social media, and community team members to drive, plan, and execute successful marketing campaigns to reach the game and business objectives.
Job Description
- Create campaign strategies for the published game, including launching the campaign, seasonal campaign (Ramadhan, Christmas, anniversary, etc), and content campaign
- Develop and execute key in-game publishing projects and work with internal teams and partners to follow through in all steps of execution
- Be responsible for online marketing campaign strategies to drive acquisition and player revival strategies
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement in order to improve marketing performance
- Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics
- Develop and maintain the core brand of our games through brand-building campaigns and projects
Job Requirements
- Proven background in marketing with 4 - 7 years experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of product positioning; expert in creative, media, and PR promotions
- Highly creative; able to see the big picture and level up the team's creative ideas, but detailed and meticulous in analysis, tracking, and metrics
- Excellent project management skills; independent in managing and executing projects with experience in leading a project or a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
