Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
A minimum of 5 years working experience at manufacturing company or B2B Business Area.
Strong leadership skills and management skills
Proficient in market research and analysis
Ability to coordinate and manage advertising campaigns (strong skills with social media ads preferred)
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Fluent in English
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote
products/services and enhance brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, drive conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms.
Analyze marketing metrics and report on campaign performance, making datadriven recommendations for optimization.
