We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Lead to strategize and execute our B2B marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our partnerships with educational institutions and corporate partners, while also driving brand awareness and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at expanding partnerships with vocational schools (SMK), universities, and corporations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end marketing campaigns including content creation, email marketing, webinars, paid ads, events, and SEO.
- Lead the efforts in generating new leads and nurturing existing clients, ensuring strong engagement through the marketing funnel.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, such as social media, blogs, and paid ads.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, corporate HR, and educational professionals.
- Coordinate participation in relevant industry events, webinars, and expos, positioning Gamelab as leaders in the EdTech sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in EdTech, education, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
- Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs and marketing metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with sales and product departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strategic mindset and adaptability to evolving industry trends.
