- Respond to all incoming chat inquiries through various marketplace platforms, each with its own KPI for response times.
- Manage marketplace operations and optimize sales performance.
- Contact potential new customers with offers through marketplace chat.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and company product pricing information.
- Invite customers to make purchases by sharing ongoing campaigns through chat.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently.
- Minimum education of an Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
- Experience working as a marketplace customer service representative, with knowledge of customer service chat operations such as order management and product knowledge.
- Experience in the FMCG or personal care industry is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with a positive tone.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
- Fast response time, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Hybrid work arrangement (one day per week in the office).
