Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings on various online marketplaces, ensuring our brand's visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings on multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels are maintained.- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and develop strategies to improve rankings and sales.
- Content Creation:
- Create compelling product descriptions and titles that align with SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality images and promotional content.
- Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
Manage and update inventory levels across all marketplaces.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
Provide regular reports on marketplace performance and insights to management.
- Promotions and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience minimum 2 years in e-commerce and online marketplace management for fashion product.- Strong understanding of SEO and online marketing strategies for fashion retail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketplace platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willing to join ASAP & WFO in Bandung
