Job Summary:
- To assist Materials Manager in managing and coordinating operational issues and improvement activities for IOI ACM (Inclusive of AES and ASN) Warehouse, Logistics and Store operations.
- To assist in continuous enhancement of the, efficiency, competency and quality of the personnel in Warehouse, Logistics and Store.
- To ensure compliance to the company's Integrated Management System and Policies.
- To ensure safety rules and regulations are followed accordingly to achieve zero accident.
- To ensure proper monitoring of KRA/KPI and timely submission of departmental reports.
- To ensure smooth flow of documentation to various departments and proper records are maintained.
- To ensure timely Inventory update in SAP system.
- To rectify, enhance and troubleshoot the SAP issues from time to time.
- To undertake any other duties as instructed by Superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
- Preferably possessed with Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse Management.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience
Other Special Requirements:
- Good in written and communication in English.
- Proficiency in SAP would be highly advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel suite.
- Able to work Independently, Creative & Innovative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful, strong analytical skill and Passionate.
