1. 5 years Experience, including 3 years in Mechanical Mantenance area

2. Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance (workshop area)

1. Check and monitor part reconditioning, part repair and part replacement with SAP PMA1 & SAP PS system for the smooth running of all operations in a quality workshop.

2. Improving maintenance costs by maximizing spare part life with preventive maintenance and modification, accurate replacement of spare parts and independent production to achieve operational targets

3. Check and monitor daily checklist to support planned & unplanned shutdown

4. Prepare and plan appropriate spare parts to ensure the tools are in good condition Plan and implement maintenance & repair strategy covering mechanical to support continuity of production.

5. Ensure planning equipment testing & calibration, modification & installations, equipment trials for modifications, availability of all spare machinery material and manpower to ensure maintenance equipments.

6. Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research, and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.
