Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site and remote implementation of our AI products in hospitals and clinics, managing pilot projects and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training and support for clinical staff while collecting feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Annotate medical training data to ensure high-quality datasets for AI development and collaborate with the technical team to ensure the AI aligns with medical ethics and clinical standards.
- Ensure that the AI system upholds ethical standards and complies with medical guidelines throughout deployment.
- Handle project coordination and administrative tasks to support smooth project execution, including documentation, scheduling, and progress reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare staff as the primary contact throughout implementation.
Requirements:
- Medical doctor preferred, with strong knowledge of clinical workflows.
- Experience in EHR/EMR or health tech implementation is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
- Decent project management and leadership skills.
- Passion for advancing healthcare through AI and technology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to hospital sites outside Jakarta.
