PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara (LBN) is a sea-freight services company established in 2001. Our founder, Antonius Chandra, started his career as a ship engine technician and built the company from acquiring one ship to a fleet of more than a dozen vessels. With decades of experience in the maritime industry, LBN specializes in transporting goods between islands in Indonesia. We are committed to further expanding and improving our fleet to become one of the largest sea-freight services providers in the country. As part of our affiliation in the maritime industry, we also have PT. Harapan Teknik Shipyard (HTS), which provides ship repair and maintenance.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Mekanik alat berat at PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara located in Cilegon. As a Mekanik alat berat, you will be responsible for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of heavy equipment used in our operations. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the equipment operates efficiently and safely.

• Proven experience as a Mekanik alat berat or similar role
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently
• Experience with preventive maintenance and regular inspections
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-site in Cilegon
