We support thousands of people each year to access services across seven key domains Mental Health, Aboriginal Health, Alcohol and/or other Drugs, Employment, Community Health, Disability, and Homelessness.

About The Role
Sonder is seeking dedicated Mental Health Clinicians to join our Enhanced Mental Health Services teams. In this role, you will deliver focused psychological interventions, helping clients navigate their mental health journey within our comprehensive care programs.
Our Services
Enhanced Mental Health Service
This service provides medium to high-intensity mental health support tailored to vulnerable and at-risk groups, including CaLD, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and LGBTQIA+ communities. Available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, our team ensures that these communities receive the specialized care they need.
Hours: As we have multiple positions available, we are happy to negotiate FTE. Full time and Part time available.

Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum 3 years experience working in the area of mental health.
- A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision.
- Experience in delivery of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and other evidence based interventions.
- Experience in assessing and treating clients with a range of mental health and/or alcohol and other drug problems
Qualification And Other Requirements
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases
- Current Child Safe Environments (Through Their Eyes) Training
- Qualified in one of the following disciplines and registration/accreditation to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
- Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist*
- Approved Masters or equivalent in psychology, with experience of two (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based.
- Registered as a psychologist with AHPRA.
- Clinical Psychologist:
- To be recognised as a clinical psychologist, personnel must meet requirements to have practice endorsement with the Psychology Board of Australia in specialist area of practice of clinical psychology.
- Mental Health Nurse
- Mental Health Nurses must be accredited with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
- Experience oftwo (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings.
- Social Worker
- Accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Experience oftwo (2)years or more in clinical mental health settings.
- Occupational Therapist
- Registered as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
- Approved degree from a recognised School of Occupational Therapy.
- Experience oftwo (2) years or more in clinical mental health settings preferably community based
