Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective implementation of mentoring program and learning processes to enhance students academic achievement
  • Guarantee the quality of mentor in order to obtain effective program implementation and completion
  • Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
  • Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology
  • Minimum 2 years of coaching and mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and capable to work both collaboratively in teams and independently
  • Willing to be placed at West Jakarta
