Brief :MEP engineers are responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, industrial plants, or other structures. They work with a wide range of materials and equipment to ensure that everything is built according to code and in accordance with industry standards. MEP stands for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. These are all complex systems that must be designed and installed correctly to ensure they function properly over time. MEP engineers are responsible for ensuring this happens.
MEP Engineer Responsibilities :- Developing MEP plans and designs based on client specifications and design guidelines
Conducting research on current industry trends and technology advances to identify new materials, processes, and products that can improve efficiency or safety in design projects- Evaluating existing structures for safety, soundness, and compliance with building codes
Preparing construction bids and proposals for clients
- Supervising contractors to ensure that work follows specifications and meets deadlines
Drafting contracts for projects and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the process- Inspecting work sites for code compliance and safety hazards
Ensuring that all plans meet regulatory requirements
- Consulting with clients on design needs and providing recommendations
Make MEP Design & MEP Planning of Shop drawings, BoQ, Material lists, and Material Specifications for Building Constructions- Designing and installing energy efficient systems, such as lighting and heating/cooling systems
MEP Engineer Requirements :
Based in Bali and available to relocate in Bali
- Previous experience as MEP Engineer or similar field
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail- Degree in Structural Engineering; a Masters degree is a plus
Has Certificate SKA Muda or Madya
