Target for this program to Develop Young Business Manager who will be ready to be plugged in Management Team

Meratus Star Program Division : Ship Management (Superintendent)

The journey

1 year working as MSP to have Online Learning with Meratus Academy, OJT training, Technical Competency Test & Deploy on site to understanding about Ship Management Business Process, Hands on in Project & Evaluation Review.

2 year assignment to handle permanent role and achive target for being a Superintendent

Employment will be review in 12 months

This program sponsor by Our CEO and Talent Committee

You will be placed in Meratus branches which are located all over Indonesia based on organization need.

Requirements :

- Min Bachelor Degree in Marine Engineering with min GPA 3.5 from reputable university

- Min experience 6 months as Surveyor, Junior/Technical Superintendent, Fleet position or same position in the same industry

- Good knowledge understanding in technical & engineering process in Ship

- Fluently speaking & writing in English

- Good in communication & leadership

- Willing and able to be placed all over Indonesia
