Cultivate and maintain relationships with external clients and partners. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored merchandising solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing buyers to explore opportunities for additional orders or extentions of current contracts.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify business opportunities, market gaps, and potential collaborations.
Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with external partners. Ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with business objectives and profitability.
Act as an ambassador for the brand, representing its values and image during external interactions and presentations. Participate in trade shows, events, and industry gatherings to promote products and establish connections.
Collaborate with another internal merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Monitoring and follow up the progress of sample status and analyzing Quality Control report.
Develop and maintain a detailed timeline for each material order, ensuring alignment with the Buyer's project or production schedule.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Industry Technic or related field.
Proven experience middle to senior in Merchandiser within the Fashion / Garment Industry.
Excellent communication problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Strong with a creative mindset and a passion for fashion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
