For this vacancy as Merchandiser Planner Manager, we are looking for someone with proven experience as merchandiser in fashion retail industry. This position will require great analytical skill and strategic planning ability.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal budgets to meet sales and gross margin goals.
• Analyze, review, and recommend strategies to maximize sales, turnover goods, and gross margin.
• Monitor and evaluate sales of current styles on a weekly basis, partnering with the allocator and sales team.
• Develop style-level plans based on current forecast, historic trend.
• Conduct SKU level planning based on the inventory need to support rate of sale, store presentation, targeted sell-through percent, and current risk parameters and historical trends.
• Recap and analyze actual sales result to plan and forecast in-season sales and inventories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and ad hoc basis.
• Work with allocator and sales to determine and manage exit strategies recommending items for clearance and controlling aged inventory.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, retail, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial position.
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good computer skills (Ms. Office and computer literate, especially Ms. Excel).
