Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asias leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). The Role
An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Merchandising team is responsible for keeping our customers constantly excited and satisfied with the most relevant and trendy assortment. As our Merchandising Executive concentrates on Buyer, you will spearhead all the end to end Buying, Launching, and Inventory Allocation process. You will be responsible for driving sales channels by making sure to buy the right assortment, manage execution of all our product launches and operations. Reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in making sure Love, Bonito scale throughout all digital platforms with the correct assortment.
Main Responsibilities
Achieving Buying KPI : STR, ROS, and ROI
Overall: Merchandising PIC for end to end Buying to Launching process
Buying: Managing and executing monthly Buying Session based on historical sales data.
Launch: Managing and executing weekly launches in all channels with quantity accuracy and launch timetables to support Revenue target.
Reports: Develop and maintain reports such as sell-through, sales & product analysis, inventory reports, etc.
Merchandise Optimization: Optimise SKU or category selection and ensure replenishment/ restocks for this channel.
Liaising with other departments :
Execute and communicate launches for the cross-departmental and Merch team for coordination.
Feeding analytics and feedback on IDs merchandise and launch performance.
Liaise with the logistic partner to keep pulse on merchandise delivery.
Requirements
Requirements & Experiences :
Minimum 2-3 years experience in merchandising or buying.
Bachelors Degree of Fashion Design / Fashion Merchandising or related degree.
Advance in excel-related and analytical skills.
Familiarity with some inventory or merchandising systems of SAP or other related systems.
