Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchant Acquisition specialist. The role is needed to acquiring new merchants for our clients. The specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 graduate, with at least 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably with experience in door-to-door or hunting sales), below D3 graduate with proven sales experience will be considered.
• Fresh D3 graduates with an interest in sales and ready to do door-to-door activities will be considered.
• Must be adaptable to the latest technology, preferably familiar with GoPay/Gojek Apps.
• Has a strong orientation towards meeting and surpassing predefined sales targets.
• Should possess effective communication and interaction skills.
• Have the ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
• Customer-centric mindset and dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Capable of adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment with challenging workloads.
