What You'll Do
- Develop engaging training materials through thorough research and analysis of merchant behavior and preferences.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our merchants.
- Guide merchants during onboarding to help them achieve early success with our products.
- Proactively support merchants in their early stages, ensuring they meet their goals.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products to address merchant inquiries and resolve basic technical issues.
- Analyze merchant pain points and demands, providing quantifiable data to drive improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the seller support and product teams to advocate for merchant needs and enhance product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment focusing on omnichannel products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities and strong data analysis skills (Excel).
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and capability to solve basic technical issues.
- Language: Proficiency in both Indonesian and English
