Maintain good communication & relationships with merchants.
Responsible for managing & monitoring merchant's store performance from the sales output of the category merchants by conducting strategic negotiations.
Responsible for following up and solving day-to-day merchant case.
Assist merchants in product optimization and join special promotions or campaigns.
Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing
Requirements
Minimal bachelor's degree from a reputable university Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
At least 1-3 years of merchant management experience in e-commerce/marketplace.
Have a high interest in E-commerce (having management experience as a brand seller in large e-commerce is preferred).
Having a basic knowledge of the digital industry (familiarity with digital brands, commodities, merchant resources, and business docking experience is preferred).
