Job Description

Job Desc:
  • Day to day task will be working under Merchant Operations Team on ensuring BAU item orders for City Operations Team and Merchants are on track and according to timeline
Responsible to track, manage, and execute monthly collateral distribution to merchant
  • Responsible for end-to-end purchase requisition, from manage requests to invoice payment
Manage large data sets to support data entry and allocation
  • Responsible for quality control and inventory management
Required to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business
  • Work and collaborate across team and stakeholders as part of Jabodetabek Merchant Operations Team


  • Requirements:
Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
  • Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Any background in administration is highly appreciated
