Job Description :- Growing merchant community audience and increase engagement through media channels
Content planning and ideation to serve effective communication on education, brand awareness- Responsible for comms curation / copywriting and blast execution through media channels
Report and evaluate on all comms initiatives to determine the impact and effectiveness -
- Engage with merchants through community channels
Required to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business- Working and collaborating across team and stakeholders as part of Jabodetabek Merchant Operations Team
S1 (Graduated) from reputable university- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills
Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
Prior working experience in handling community is desired
