Key Responsibilities:
- Meta Ads Management: Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize ad spending and maximize ROI.
- Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to ensure ads reach the most relevant users.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to determine the most effective strategies.
- Reporting: Generate detailed performance reports, presenting findings and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenditures.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve results.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta advertising and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Meta Ads Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ad Tools: Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
- A/B Testing: Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and campaign management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various digital tools and software to enhance marketing efforts.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Experience: Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Certifications: Meta Blueprint certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
