Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support for sales operations and coordinate MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of MICE events
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks related to MICE operations
  • Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support and operations
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • College education or higher (Diploma or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Compliance-oriented with attention to detail
