Microgrid Proposal Engineer

Scope of Work:

• Interpreting customer inquiry into technical & commercial proposal for renewable energy microgrid application, utilizing Syntek PV Digitalization Solution: EMS, Remote Monitoring System, String Monitoring System, etc
• Liaise between Sales and Engineering department
• Support tender documents preparation
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with customers
• Assist Sales Manager in closing sales, negotiating tender / contract terms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics
• Have a minimum of 2 Years experience as Proposal Engineer or Application Engineer for a system integrator or renewable energy company
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology and battery storage
• Strong understanding of SCADA system
• Good understanding of diesel generator
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Plus Point if you:

• Involved in minimum one project Hybrid Solar PV, BESS, and Diesel Engine Generator
• Have an MBA Degree.
