Milk & Madu Group, Bali's best known brands is looking for a Mixologist to take charge of all aspects of our Bar department.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist at Milk & Madu Group located in Bali, Indonesia. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating and mixing unique and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of bar equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Great Wine knowledges, including knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to create innovative and visually appealing cocktails
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairing
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Relevant certifications in Mixology or Bartending
