You Will Be Part of Growing Team
As National Sales Lead, Indonesia, you will lead and manage all sales resources, come up with strategies, and plan to achieve company objectives. You will also lead continues improvement efforts leading to increase sales effectiveness and excellence, and employee engagement.
You will become member of Country Management team and Commercial Leadership team.
Your Challenge
- Develop Sales strategy and planning to support the delivery of company objectives.
- Develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets and activities, examine growth opportunities, enable sales improvements, product mix development, and take responsibility for performance against targets.
- Manage priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities.
- Regularly conduct in-depth analysis enabling data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.
- Monitor market changes, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, and come up with strategies and action enabling business to have a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.
- Lead the Sales team including develop and execute Sales capability and development program.
- Understand the needs of customers and channels and align with Sales activities. Manage key relationships on behalf of the business with the external partners and customers to remain ahead of other players and driving greater sales.
- Collaborate and work efficiently in matrix across key functions (marketing, agronomy, commercial program, credit, logistics, supply, finance etc.) to drive sales/business seamlessly.
- Come up with commercial and channel program and lead the execution
- Manage sales processes (including key account), commercial policies, and collection (account receivables) in line of company expectations.
Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
- Min Bachelor's degree from reputed institute with demonstrable commercial financial acumen
- Minimum of 15 years professional experience with minimum 10 years in sales management
- Proven track record of delivery and manage team and developing team members.
- Demonstrated analytical and strategy experience to maximize opportunity and mitigate risk.
- Interpersonal skills that will encourage openness, trust, and collaboration both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally.
- Personal characteristics: self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.
