About the roleThis role is an exciting opportunity that goes beyond teaching English; it allows you to inspire young minds, innovate in your teaching methods, and make a positive impact on the educational journey of your students. As a teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons and assessing students progress to ensure they reach their language learning goals.
You will lead and teach primary school students in offline/onsite classes of no more than 10 students.
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons that meet the needs of students at all levels of proficiency.
- Create and maintain an inviting and safe classroom environment that fosters learning and encourages student participation.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on academic performance, behavior, and other relevant areas.- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of student progress and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and management to ensure the success of the student's learning experience.
A minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience with young learners is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Creative, energetic, and patient with a passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using technology.- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
