Requirement:- Associate Degree/ Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information System or SMK TKJ.
Have experience at least 1 years SDWAN handling (Juniper, Vello, Cisco, Fortinet). Can troubleshoot level 1 to customers.

Monitoring network performance Coordination of handling trouble
- Receive trouble reports for devices or things connected to the network
Create trouble tickets at application- Coordination of preventive maintenance
Coordination with client for requests Network
