Network Operations Center (NOC)

Responsibilities:

1.Task related to physical security system

- Extract report

- Register / terminate / update card access

- Perform related vendor escort

- Perform minor modification of CCTV and ACS configuration

- monitoring, etc

2.Task related to IT / Network infra

- Monitor NMS (network switch, firewall, servers)

- Perform IT task led by IT engineer

- Perform Network task led by network engineer

3.Task related to cabling

- Assist field engineer for all cabling activity

- Record and manage cabling data

- Willing to learn to use network testing tools such as OTDR, cable tester

4.Task related to Remote Hands

- Assist customer for data center works such as prepare console device, equipment hard/soft reset, vendor escort, etc

Other general IT/Network/Facility task led by supervisors / engineer

Qualification:

• Excellent knowledge in general IT/Network things
• Excellent knowledge in network cabling
• Excellent knowledge in servers, vmware, operating system, etc
• Excellent knowledge in network switch, vlans, ip addressing, wifi, etc
• Willing to work in 8 or 12 hour shift in irregular weekdays and occasionally 24hour on call availability
• Experience in telco / DC / ISP NOC is preferred
• Passionated in IT/Network
