Position: New Energy EV-Charging Station Project Manager

Job Description:
EZSVS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee our New Energy Electric Vehicle Charging Station projects in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing resources, controlling costs, supporting sales activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for renewable energy and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand, train, and manage construction team resources to ensure project delivery within schedule and budget constraints.
- Manage project costs and materials effectively to optimize project profitability.
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including site visits, feasibility studies, and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client issues and concerns.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of new energy electric vehicle charging station technology and access to local construction team resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English or Chinese), with the ability to use it as a working language for project communication and documentation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative, with 0-1 years of experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
