Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for develop and environment that stimulates Dealer manpower for learning and growth according Non-Technical Training path, with fostering an environment that enables learners to acquire new competencies (skill, knowledge and attitude).
- Construct Training Need Analysis based on Dealer operation and Business Performance
- Construct Training content and Evaluation
- Engagingly presenting information
- Facilitating discussions
- Leading the roleplay activity
- Ensure training result well implemented at Dealer
- Improve the Quality of Service and Communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position
- Strong training and communication skills
- Knowledge of after-sales processes and business
- Basic understanding of automotive, public speaking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets
- Understanding of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and EV (Electric Vehicle) basics is a plus
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
