Qualification

Male, age max. 30 years old.
Min. SMK TKJ / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Informatics.
Min. 1 year professional experience in Network Performance Monitoring.
Understand the concept and operational of basic Network.
Good analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze incidents and recommend effective solutions.
Strong communication skill with the ability to elaborate on user requirements and proficient as a project team member.
Up-to-date with the most current technical threatsand understanding on how to defend against them including tactics, techniques and procedures.
Self driven and willing to learn more.
Available to work on 24x7 shifts at customer's site.

Roles And Responsibilities

Monitor client's infrastructure and solution.
Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur.
Ensure daily operations run normally.
Reporting on the condition of client's infrastructure to manager and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Wireless Network.
Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate and collaborate with internal team, third parties and clients.
Responsible for SLA provided by customers and other tasks related to project needs.
