- Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care related to services in accordance with hospital service standards, applicable laws and regulations.
- Receive patients who will receive the procedure and assist the patient before and during the procedure by the doctor to prepare the patient both physically and psychologically and to provide a sense of security and comfort for the patient and the patient's family.
- Prepare patients who have completed actions related to administrative needs and provide comprehensive education to patients and their families.
- Ensure that all equipment is completely collected and returned after the action is completed.
- Return the equipment used to CSSD in complete condition.
- Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors.
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
- Responsible for carrying out patient nursing services/care in the Chemotherapy unit
- Prepare facilities for smooth service and make it easier for patients/families to receive services, by: Arranging the safety and comfort of the room and checking and ensuring that all required equipment is functioning properly and that medicines and other necessary health equipment are available and ready to use.
- Providing nursing care using standard nursing practice: Carrying out emergency medical/nursing actions according to the patient's main health problem and making observations, monitoring the patient's health condition (general condition: physical, psychological, vital signs and main complaints) during the action and immediately after the action.
- Helping patients before and during procedures by doctors, including: Preparing the patient both physically and psychologically, calming the patient, adjusting the patient's position and providing a sense of security and comfort to the patient/family during the procedure.
- Implement and maintain a system for recording and reporting nursing care, so as to create an accurate information and communication system.
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets.
- Nurses aim at delivering safe and cost-effective child care & endoscopy services in accordance with established Group medical standards, policies, procedures
- Review and approve purchase/restock requests for childcare & endoscopy equipment, devices and consumables (e.g., gastroscopes, cystoscopes, masks, gloves, etc.) by his team at the Hospital
- Ensure effective and efficient capacity management and utilization of care & endoscopy resources (including treatment devices and equipment) and, where necessary, develop and implement action plans to optimize resource utilization (which may include, but is not limited to, creating health care packages , providing special offers, purchasing new equipment, etc.)
- Regularly evaluate the quality and effectiveness of day care & endoscopy services, analyze appropriate internal and external metrics and information, and identify opportunities for improvement (be it, process optimization, better quality of patient care, better patient experience, cost optimization, etc. ) And work closely together. with the Head of AMA and/or heads of other departments to assist in its implementation
- Leading the recruitment of doctors with the aim of (i) ensuring that no doctors required to achieve the planned budget are met as well as (ii) seeking opportunities to recruit key doctors who have the potential to help grow the daycare & endoscopy services and drive the business further
- Together with the Head of AMA, manage relationships with doctors under his/her responsibility (in line with strategies, policies and procedures established by the Medical Head Office)
- Responsible for carrying out patient nursing care/services in the Dialysis & Chemotherapy unit.

- Observe vital signs on patients before, during and after examinations using contrast media including: patient consciousness, blood pressure and heart rate
- Carry out nursing care for allergic patients to prevent worsening of the patient's condition
- Carrying out nursing care and preparation for anesthesia patients includes physical and psychological preparation of the patient, preparation of the drugs used, as well as observation after the examination
- Carry out complete documentation before, during and after examination/treatment to be used as a reference for disease history, further treatment reference and patient visit statistics

Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
- Have minimum 6 months of clinical experience in a general area.
- Bachelor Degree from Nursing
- Has 5 years experience working as a nurse in a hospital. Able to work under pressure.
