Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy (SST.OT)
• Have active STR
• Min. 2 years experience as Occupational Therapist
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and inisiative
• Excellent English skills with proven TOEFL / IELTS certificate
• Willing to work in Shift
• Placement at Ciputra Hospital Surabaya
