Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To prepare email, letter and general document.
Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Liaising and communicate with external party example customs and other government body.
Assist on merger and acquisition by liaising with the consultant, key person from acquisition company, legal and compliance.
  • Handing renewal of all company related license, example MBSP license.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the conditions of each license to avoid penalties or suspension.
  • Prepare and submit required documents to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, detailing in stock levels, production volumes, and export activities.
Ensure that all duty and tax exemptions are correctly applied and that materials used in production are eligible for such exemptions.
  • Apply for renewal of the LMW license as required, typically on an annual basis or as specified by
Input and update data into databases or spreadsheets, assist in preparing regular or ad-hoc reports as requested.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities.
Any other job assigned by superior or the Management from time to time.
  • Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
* Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
