Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Jakarta office and will be part of our Office Services Team. The team is responsible for providing various office services, including reception and front-of-house duties, print production, event coordination and hospitality, mail and courier services, purchasing, and facilities maintenance.
Our office services team is an administrative all-rounder, providing excellent customer support across the Firm.
What You'll Do
As an Office Service Assistant, you will be working with the team to enhance the office environment and perform variety of administrative tasks to ensure smoothly operation.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the office service team in day-to-day operation, including managing office supplies and equipment. You will handle tasks such as ordering and restocking office supplies and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working condition.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
1 years of administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment
Ability to communicate effectivelyboth verbally and in writingin English as well as the local office language
Ownership for administrative tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility to work additional overtime occasionally required, particularly for events
