Onboarding Property (Bandung)

Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozy is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for an Onboarding Property who will help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Designing new properties to be up to Kozystay's standard
• Inspection of new properties and prepare the onboarding report
• Execution of onboarding process including managing renovations and decorating the property
• Manage administration process for property onboarding and offboarding
• Scheduling and monitoring technicians for new property repairs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Working location: Greater Denpasar, Bali
• Min. 3 years experience in interior design or contractor
• Understand building construction
• Have a good time management and able to work under tight timeline
• Hardworking, Driven, and passionate
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Good sense of design and property styling
