We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Collaborate with the team to understand consumer requirements and offer sales support.
- Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities and initiatives
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities- Support the development of sales strategies and plans
Communicate with customers to provide product information, pricing, and quotes
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design or related field is much preferable. Those without formal qualifications but with experience may apply and will be selected case to case basis.
1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or similar role.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and draw relevant conclusions
Experience in Retail sales- Proficiency in cold calling and generating leads
Familiarity with Territory sales, B2B sales, and different sales techniques
- nowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) is an advantage.
