Job Responsibility
As a person in charge in planning, executing, monitoring online sales and promotional campaign for e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
- In charge of handling e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, company website etc.
- Develop and execute product campaigns and comprehensive strategy for optimizing e-commerce platform and sales performance.
- Ensure that product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customers.
- Provide assistance for customer inquiries, requests, complaints and after-sales support promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with Marketing Team to analyse and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Report, analyse, and improve online marketing strategies in line with ongoing company campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance on the various marketplaces, driving sales strategies to improve revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Experience in online sales and customer service is added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment.
- Must be proactive and independent to work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum Education Level : Diploma in Related Fields
