Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Good & Experience in closing Sales.
  • Provide professional customer support.
  • Attending and communicating promptly to customers needs and queries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
  • Good & master in following up with customer
  • Communicating and coordinating with team and management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
  • Able to handle company's social media.
  • Able to do IG Live or Tik Tok Live

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification SPM with Credits
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome; Those has 1-2 year experience working in Customer Service will be good
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant personality with good people communication skill
