Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting manager in daily operation.
  • Assisting Live Host in daily live session.
  • Provide excellent customer service online or offline.
  • Support warehouse department in quality check and packing new stock.
  • Managing photoshoot session from reaching model & studio until photoshoot day.
  • Update products in E-commerce platform.
  • Support warehouse department for daily orders.
  • Provide customers excellent service in refund/return.

Job Requirements

  • SPM and above
  • Excellent communication & public relation skills
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Positive attitude, passionate, meticulous and good time management
  • Good problem solving skill and proactive
