- 1. Assist Operation /Production Manager on handling customer order, arranging entire operation /production schedule and follow up on delivery.
- 2. Review adequacy of customer order / contract and generating production schedule and Work Instruction Form for production processes.
- 3. Handling customer feedback (includes satisfaction and complaint), and work together with other department person in charge on resolving customer complaint.
- 4. Work together with production personnel for preparing product sample upon request by customer.
- 5. Consistently work together with Store, Shipping and Logistic personnel on monitoring of latest delivery schedule.
- 6. Tasks that specified in Quality, Environmental or OH&S Management System.
- 7. Other task that assigned by the superior.
- 1. Education level: minimum diploma
- 2. Working Experience: minimum 2 years working experience in similar field/position
- 3. Special Skill: planning skill and communication skill
Special Knowledge: product scheduling knowledge

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
