Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations & managing production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of services, or coordinating the work of different teams within the organization.
- Implementing operational strategies Putting plans into action to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of output. This might involve streamlining processes, introducing new technologies, or optimizing resource allocation.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. This could involve analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to management.
- Making sure that operations adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges that arise. This may require quick thinking, decision-making, and collaboration with other teams.
- Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including management, employees, customers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Being accountable for achieving specific goals and objectives related to efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Responsible for the efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could disrupt operations.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve operational processes and performance.
Requirements
- Experienced in Warehouse and Distribution
- Proficient in English
- Experienced in Administrative and Inventory
- Able to create, present and analyze data using Ms. Excel
- Able to create complex dashboards for operational activities
- Have a good communication and leadership skill
