Familiar with operation business procedures (collection, customer service, telemarketing) and have a rich online finance collection management experience.
Come from Bank and Financial Technology would be a plus point
Data analysis ability, familiarity with the financial industry credit management and post- loan management system.
Mandarin speaking is a must.
Good communication skills in English both in written and verbal.
Having team management experience is preferred.
Strong pressure resistance and negotiation skills, coordination, and organizational ability.
