THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED

What you'll do:

• Manage all operational activities from offline presence acquisition (sticker & Lalabag), driver acquisition & onboarding, and driver education
• Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles (4W Sticker, 2W Lalabag).
• Monitor driver operations support activities on making callouts, sticker installation, and distributing driver attributes
• In charge of offline presence inventory management (stock availability, sticker & Lalabag procurement, weekly stock inventory)
• Help & Support Large 4W driver acquisitions in the surrounding Office
• Working closely with Senior Sticker Operations Associate and Lead Generation team
• Collaborate with driver quality team to ensure drivers get updated material about our latest SOP

What you'll need:

• Graduate from a reputable university majoring in operations management
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in operations department
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheets
• Willing to be placed in Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Full WFO)
