Role summary:
In the support role for our Academy, you are central to the organisation of our learning programmes. You enjoy keeping and managing clean administration, as you are responsible for the seamless management of all logistical aspects, from planning through to execution. You ensure that participants can fully focus on their learning journey, while you ensure the delivery and maintenance of robust backend processes within our Learning environment. Working closely with colleagues, you perfect every detail from data administration to coordination to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain effective communication lines with colleagues and External Providers
- Ensure proactive communication with all learners across Systemiq in a client-friendly manner
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Academy inquiries and coordinate responses promptly
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Work with our Learning Management System to track all learning offers, invites, notifications, and registrations
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by maintaining accurate records and generating reports on learning activities
E-Learning and Compliance Training:
- Track and coordinate all e-learning courses, including compliance training, across our global offices
- Monitor course completions and do active follow up with participants to ensure timely completion of required training
Program Logistics, Quality Control and Execution:
- Ensure flawless execution of learning programs, including logistics, organization, and planning
- Arrange venues, facilities, transport, and catering, all while staying within set deadlines and budgets
- Draft and manage detailed project plans and resolve on-site logistical challenges to ensure the success of our learning programs
- Deliver high-quality execution and inspiration in all Academy activities, fostering a positive learning environment
The Mindset, Skills & Experience we are looking for:
- Deep commitment and alignment with and passion for Systemiq's mission and values
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus)
- 1-2 years of work/internship experience in HR, learning delivery, or a related role is a plus
- Previous experience in managing or working with Learning Management Systems is a plus
- Strong organisational and time management skills, enjoying data management and quality control
- Excellent communication skills and experience with senior stakeholder management, preferably in a complex environment (e.g. consulting or similar profession)
- Customer-centric mindset and strong ability to communicate in a clear, concise and convincing manner, bringing both high-quality execution and inspiration
- Ability to derive insights and pro-actively propose creative solutions to problems. Effective collaborator, caring for others and able to work in an international, multicultural team environment
- Good written and spoken command of English
- Willingness to work virtually with an international team
