DESIGNATION : Operations Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
Interacting with clients to provide information about products or services.
Resolving product or service issues by addressing and understanding clients needs.
Address client requests and queries promptly via e-mail & chat.
Liaise with a cross-functional team to align operations with broader issues objectives.
Monitoring processes and procedures to adhere to company standards and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support with proven Operations or Technical capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail, team player & a problem solver.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
