Our customer is one of the hottest kitchenware brand in Indonesia. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager specialized in Supply Chain Management to oversee and optimize their operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services from procurement to delivery. They will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
Build forecasts, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse and logistic operations to meet demand effectively.
Assist the organization in maintaining legal compliance with processes and regulations.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives in alignment with company goals.
Analyze financial data and utilize insights to improve profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Manage the supply chain end-to-end, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to uphold product standards.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Identify and implement strategies to enhance the quality of product handling and operational processes.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
Demonstrated experience in supply planning, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics.
Familiarity with business and financial principles, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and instructions.
Strong leadership ability, with the capacity to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in high-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
